Most of the older styled buildings around Victoria are lined with bright Christmas lights. The parliament building sits at the base of the harbour over looking the water, and always reminds me of an elaborate gingerbread house.

*Yes, this is a real picture taken from a real camera, it wasn't created in Photoshop or Illustrator. (After a tedious grade 7 dot art project, even with a computer, I don't think I'd undertake a dot project again!). I did how ever clean up the base of the picture. There were a four or five ugly street lamps dots that got erased and the slight blur of a cars tail lights as he zoomed through the very bottom of the picture.
